Depression comes in a variety of forms. In some cases you can manage it on your own. In other cases you need constant help and support from one person or a team of people. Overcoming Depression is like going into a fight with yourself to let go of a part of yourself. In most cases it feels like a fight as you don’t want to let go. The pain usually results from resisting the truth, whatever that may be in your life and struggling to let go.
